DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?

Currently we do not have a printed catalog, all of our products are listed online.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we currently only ship to US customers. We will expand in the future and start selling internationally!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product. Visit the Refund Policy  page to have more information regarding damaged items.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

It approximately takes 4-7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider. The entire process will take approximately 2 weeks. 

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

HOW DO YOUR SIZES WORK?

SHOULD I EXPECT ANY SHRINKAGE?

Elephantini items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.

WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DO YOU USE?

We use an assortment of fabrics and materials to produce our super-soft apparel and accessories. Fabric types are listed on product descriptions.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME?

Almost all orders are shipped and delivered within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.

WHY WAS MY CARD DECLINED?

Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE, HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY PRIVACY?

Your information is secure! We use the most up to date security technologies to create a secured connection for all transactions. Also...we never store credit card information in our computers so even if someone could get into our computers they would find nothing! We do not share ANY personal information that we receive on our website, your email address, mailing address and all other information is kept private!
